Welcome to My Sign Promotion. We are the largest provider of sign waving services in the United States. We are happy to have worked more than 10,000,000 hours waving signs and they have all been with people just like you.
Sign waving is fun, the pay is great, and it’s an easy way to add another gig to your schedule. Most shifts are on the weekend and are five hours long.

Position: Sign waver
Responsibilities: Wave a sign next to a store to promote a sale.
Shift: Five hours
2-3 days before the shift:
Register for a sign waving position - Hopefully it was easy to find us online and easy to register.
Get Payment info set up – My Sign Promotion pays you by the end of the day, so we need to have your preferred method of payment ahead of time. You can change your preferred method of payment anytime.
Get your assignment – A My Sign Promotion supervisor will reach out and make sure that you know where to go and when to be there.
Day before the shift:
Confirm your shift: - Make contact with your My Sign Promotion onboarding specialist to confirm your availability for the upcoming shift. Make sure you know the start time for your shift and the store address.
Share the Wealth! – Ask your My Sign Promotion representative if there are any other positions available for your friends and family. Most locations need multiple sign wavers. What’s better than hanging out and sign waving? Doing it with friends and family!
The day of your shift:
Be early – Plan to be early, and make sure that you’re not late. My Sign Promotion sign wavers are on time every time.
Sign In – Once you have your sign, you need to sign in. Use the My Sign Promotion link. The consultant may have a form in writing at the store. Make sure to sign in using the digital form as well as the written sheet at the store. This is the only way you can start getting credit for your shift.
Pick up your signs – Go to your assigned address and pick up your sign. A store employee will be expecting you. If this is not the case, call your My Sign Promotion contact and they will track down your sign immediately.
Ask questions - Please make sure to contact your supervisor if you have any questions. Your supervisor has been in your shoes and can help with anything you can think of. We are here to make sure that this is fun and easy.
Wave! – Sign wavers are great because we attract attention. Let the community know about the great deals we promote by waving. Our shifts are short. We keep our shifts down to five hours to make sure that you can be full of energy and waving the entire shift!
After your shift:
Return the sign – Go back to the store and return the sign. A store employee will be expecting you. If this is not the case, call your My Sign Promotion contact and they will help you turn in the sign.
Sign out – Once you turn in your sign, complete the digital compliance form using this link. Make sure that all of the information is correct and get the signature of the Consultant or a store employee. If the store has a paper form, complete that as well and obtain a written signature. Take a photo of the written form and send it to your My Sign Promotion contact. Note: If the sign out sheet contains mistakes it will delay the processing of your shift. Your supervisor can help you fill it out and you’ll get the hang of it in no time.
Get ready for your next shift – Check availability with your supervisor and get ready for the next shift. Most of our shifts run consecutively for months at a time.
